phpmailer設定中一個Use secure protocol：否
一直為關閉狀態
而想要設為SSL
敘述文字為下：
Whether to use an encrypted connection to communicate with the SMTP server. Google Mail requires SSL. Note: This option has been disabled since your PHP installation does not seem to have support for OpenSSL
爬文~文章說要去修改PHP.INI檔
但在FTP中卻找不到這檔案

請問有沒有什麼方法可以開啟SSL
